Our room smells a sewer and noisy as the commom washroom right across our room. I asked the front desk the second night if they can move us but it says fully booked we stayed 5 nights and i have to put up with it unpleasant and sleepless night. The staff in the front desk need to have a good training for good hospitality. The only good thing is the location but bad service.

The hostel is very close to a metro station and bus station, rooms and bathrooms are incredibly clean, the staff is very kind and speak a lot of languages! The only thing is the shower has very low pressure and it is very hard to wet long hair, it takes forever, and you have to push continuously to get it open again.

Good price for money, comfy bed

Stayed in a 4 female bed shared room. Bed was nice, clean and spacious. A lot of noise from bathroom, and upper rooms, doors opening and closing , etc. Breakfast is an extra 6 euros and not so many options, but still.was good and comfortable if you dont have much time. You can stay until 11 am and work while you get endless coffee so I would advise to get their breakfast. Check in is long, as there is usually a line, also in the.morning for breakfast you'll have to get in line so go early if you can..same for check out. Overall good, nice location, close to Avenida metro. I arrived on a Sunday and there was dancing on the streets 2 blocks away.

3/4 bunk beds were comfy. Pillows not. Communal toilets and showers on each floor, not en suite. Only 2 for all dorms on each floor. Toilets at one end of floor and showers at other. Hand dryers keep you awake all night. Took almost an hour to check in. Lied there were no bottom bunks left and there were and given to later checkins. No bins or mirrors in dorm rooms. Card keys unreliable. No tourist info at all. Roof top bar was permanently closed as was wreck of a basement lounge.

The building, itself, and my room and location were nice. However the walls are thin. Young people wrestling, throwing furniture around yelling, singing all night. This place is made for 20 year kids.

The lockers underneath the beds need to be fixed especially since so many people have already mentioned it. The bathrooms have a bad odour even right after the cleaners are done cleaning. Overall, the service was good. I would recommend this hostel to other travellers.

Infelizmente, foi a pior experiência possível de minha viagem. Os quartos são extremamente apertados. Fiquei em um quarto feminino de 8 camas, ou seja, são 4 beliches, em um espaço em que caberiam, no máximo, 2! Fiquei na cama próxima à porta, se eu abrisse a gaveta, ninguém conseguia entrar ou sair do quarto. Não tem sequer uma cadeira ou local para pendurar as toalhas. Os banheiros são externos e separados dos chuveiros. A água dos chuveiros é extremamentw quente e a regulagem não é suficiente, pois os registros são do tipo torneira, precisa acionar a todo momento... Havia um grupo grande hospedado, extremamente barulhenta, conversavam nos corredores, batiam portas, jogavam bola... Várias reclamações foram feitas, porém na noite seguinte os barulhos retomavam... Não indico.

I liked this hostel but a couple things were not ideal. In the women’s bathroom on my floor there was never soap to wash your hands. I also kind of wished there was an all female floor instead of just designated rooms. Overall this was a nice and clean hostel to stay in!

A localização é incrível! Ao lado do metrô e muito perto de várias atrações no centro histórico da cidade. Da pra fazer muita coisa a pé. O check in foi tranquilo e o espaço para deixar as malas é imprescindível. Mas poderia ser gratuito também no momento de checkout. Deveriam haver mais banheiros por andar, por conta da quantidade de dormitórios existentes. Os chuveiros também poderiam ter uma vazão melhor, além de variar bastante a temperatura durante o banho.
