The rooms were alright for a quick 2 nights. They were clean and smells newly sprayed with Lysol, and I couldn’t complain about that. However on of the rooms Rm.126 had a leak in the Bathroom ceiling like literally abouvebthe toilet seat so it was impossible for you to do your business there with out having “watwr” dripping on uour head. So we just had to go to the 2nd room we had to use the toilet.

Café da manhã padrão americano: ok. Quartos recém-reformados porém com limpeza péssima. Na havia água quente no banheiro. Por se tratar de um hotel de baixo custo, não esperava muito, mas ele é bem abaixo das expectativas. Minha decepção maior foi a equipe de limpeza mentir e dizer que foi ao quarto três vezes pra fazer a limpeza. Enfim, além de não ter equipe de gerência e manutenção, também são mentirosos.

Lets start with finding the place. Big sign high in the air that you can see? It says "developer inn". Then lower, and much smaller a banner is over an old sign saying Baymont. So yeah, easy to miss and google maps takes you a block away where no hotel is. Now the exterior. This seems like it was built in the 50's or 60's, and for the most part they slapped a fresh coat of paint on the concrete in a few places, but not everywhere and you have a rough bumpy walkway that many suitcases are ill equipped to roll on. Push the button for the elevator, it doesn't light it. Later figured out it worked, just some sort of deferred maintenance. You know the various members of the staff of this place have to push that button daily, but its ignored. That is a metaphor for this whole place. The rooms were redone it would seem recently and are decent, but either my sheets were dirty, or had stains on them that didn't get washed out. Either way, it was a bit gross. Is it worth what I paid? Maybe, but I don't think this place is up to standards of a Baymont, based on my other stays. Its not even up to the standards of a Motel 6.

Bad: - dead roaches everywhere (at least they’re dead) - Check in staff was rude and dismissive. Made a copy of both my ID and credit card which I don’t like. Refused to check me in without making copies of both. - Room smelled very strong like bleach. Glad it’s clean but had to leave the door open for almost an hour to let the smell air out enough for my lungs to not burn. - Mini fridge is MINI. Like soda holder mini. Brought food for my 3 day stay and had to unbox and scrunch to get things in it. No freezer. - Next door to a federal prison. Can see the barb wire fencing that separates the parking lots and even see into the prison yard from the 3rd and 4th floor rooms. Very unnerving. Heard gunshots coming from it my first night. - No coffee maker but provided coffee pods and cups. - Attempted to call front desk from in phone room and it took 25 minutes to get through. - VERY loud. Right next to a freeway. In a rough area so sirens going off constantly. Door seal was degraded so having openings to outside meant significant noise increase. - Walls are very thin. Anyone talking outside sound like they’re in your room even when they’re 3-4 doors down. Bags and carts wheeling by are amplified by all the concrete around and are loud enough to wake you from a dead sleep. - Neighbors smoked weed and the smell was so potent in my room it woke me from a dead sleep. - House keeping took dirty towels and never gave clean towels leaving nothing. - Any request to the front desk took ho

Quartos bons, mas limpeza bem ruim. As vezes passavam 3 a 4 dias sem ir, e quando iam não limpavam o chão direito, so varriam o excesso de sujeira.
