Me and my family of 6 adored this hotel! We are kind of hotel snobs because we’re passholders to a lot of parks and we stay at hotels quite frequently- this one was great!! We often stay on site at the parks but for the price of this hotel we figured we’d give it a try. My kids said it’s their new favorite actually! lol they loved the Mickey waffles and bunk beds in the room! The only thing I’d change would be to have a tv in the bunk room area so the kids could watch tv in their beds after a long day at the parks !

This place was terrible. The staff did not care. They were hanging out in tank tops behind the front desk. We had to be changed rooms three times because one wasn’t clean and the seco d the door knob was brokenand key card wood not work. When I brought it ip to the staff they acted like I was asking for too much. The room was dirty and the door knob was broken. Will not stay here again.
