Item missing from the room, we requested hotel staff for investigation . Only got an answer after having asked 3 times for an update . The hotel denied any responsibility to the missing item.
This hotel have restricted access, guests have to key in codes to access specific floor and again key in code into your suite. Thus , unlikely outsiders can access the unit.
Although the item was not an expansive item, moreover, we felt very uncomfortable and we " believed that a someone had went through our belongings ".
There were ants in the room and the garbage can foot-peddle was not working, and we only got an replacement garbage can after having made 3 complains/ requests.
