I had to cut my stay short and wanted to get a refund on the days I wasn’t going to use - which isn’t simple because to do so, you need to go through hotels.com and have them call the manager to agree to the refund. This process is convoluted because there is NOW WAY to do this via the hotels.com portal - forcing you to find the phone number to try and get this resolved. To make the process even better, the Hotels.com and Motel 6 system for this branch doesn’t work - it shunts you to another part of motel 6 so there is no way to find the confirmation number for the refund. Needless to say - these two do NOT MIX if you have to change your reservation or duration of stay. The rates are great, the room is decent, but changing this booking is an exercise in bureaucratic finger pointing that is more complicated and futile compared to finding the perverbial needle in a haystack.

Very disorganized a lot of rooms dysfunctional Giving other customers a hard time because of room mix ups maintenance isn't doin their job when it comes to fixing things staff don't know how to run the front 2 people were in the front and she wasn't helping the son knowin there's a long line outside the door and he's new still learning and she's just letting the line get backup up both giving customers issues when it come to refunds

I stayed at this place so I could attend the Innings Festival over the weekend. I went alone — I’m a backpacker, I usually travel solo, and I have never experienced any kind of discrimination for that until I stayed here. The staff were extremely xenophobic and misogynistic toward me, questioning everything from whether I was Mexican to whether my credit card was REALLY valid, insinuating that I was there trying to scam the property. Not to diminish Mexicans in any way, but I am Brazilian, and I was legally in the country to see a band I like at the festival. I never had any intention beyond that. Although the place has decent facilities, it did not feel very safe. People were slamming doors, and on the first night there was a terrible fight that lasted for hours and kept me on high alert, unable to sleep. I asked to extend my stay for one more night so I could wait for my evening flight at the hotel, and they tried to charge me the security deposit all over again. I do not recommend this place. If you can, stay at a hotel — it’s much safer, and the price will most likely be very similar. Unfortunately, this was one of the few options available in the city due to the festival, but next time I will be more careful and book further in advance.

Staff is very nice. Cable had been ripped from the back of the TV and therefore the TV didn’t work. Informed the front desk & was told nothing could be done. Also room smelled strongly of something foul. With propping the door open & using an oil diffuser, was able to make it tolerable.
