Decor very tired. Disappointed at quality of the environment for the price. Needs a make over. Breakfast was good, nice variety.

Very poor in most regards. Didn’t have room type that I had booked (6 months in advance). Restaurant was very poor quality, breakfast was even worse with inadequate staffing, insufficient plates/cups and food/coffee/juice. Aircon not working In room and, to add insult to injury, Family and I have picked up bites overnight. Only thing going for it is its location. One to avoid.

Good hotel for an overnight stop. Restaurant service very slow. Bedroom comfortable but room 2 is next door to the toilet and I was woken up at 2am by the hand dryer being activated.

Good: location close to lots of shops & supermarket Large open space for walks if you have time. Large room. Bad: building needing TLC looks old need make-up. Check-in I was formed only then that ( as advertised on holidayin web, that this hotel has gym or/an swimming pool) no swimming pool nor Gym??? Towels looks used++++. How restaurant were open as usually. ( due convid 19 ) no gym or swimming pool. I don’t understand I question why it this no. Mention before customers booked? He did not reply, nether accepting that this a misleading advert to believe something that it’s not going to there or available. I suggest Hotels.com take some responsibility on checking if hotels advert matches up, or reductions on ££ value for money this hotel fail badly.
