I didn’t even go in

I didn’t even go in , the place was sketchy and the roof was caving in that I didn’t feel safe. Please see picture. I took the loss on money and points.

Okay accomodations for 1 night

The exterior of the hotel, as far as stairways or a bit shabby but the overall room was very clean and well maintained. We were in a room at the back of the hotel and at about 3:00 and 5:00 in the morning there was an individual who was running back and forth on the second floor blurting out loudly strange phrases which had me concerned that someone was outside who had possibly done narcotics. I'm not sure about the area as it was her first time ever staying there. When it was time for us to check out everything seemed okay and we left safely but that had me a little nervous at 3:00 a.m. in the morning. Overall, the hotel front desk gentleman was extremely nice and the room itself was very clean and comfortable.

Door lock was broken and swipe key did not work- guy at front desk had to let me in with a key and said there was nothing he could do and didn’t have another room for me- when I got back from dinner I had to call his phone to get him to come open my door and let me in- I had to leave at 6am and after shutting the door I remembered I forgot something in room- I called phone number many times with no answer and no one answered office door when I rang bell for 10 minutes- pathetic what I had to deal with!!! Never again

Hotel employee walked into my room

I stayed here for 1 night, everything went fine during check in my room was clean except for burn marks in the bathroom. My only issue was it snowed the night i was there and at around 8:30 am i had a gentleman just walk into my room asking me to move my car for the snow plow, i find that unacceptable and disturbing!!

Disgusting DO NOT BOOK HERE!

No One was attending the office where the security cameras were. I had to call a number on the door. Person came out of 2nd floor room and shambled down to the office. Once in the office all I could do was smell the overwhelming scent of old oil and Patchouly. I presented my license for identification confirmation and he took a copy of it! the actual room was which was suppsed to be a king suite was actually a queen room and in atrocious conditiion. Safety lock was removed from the door, peeling paint, mold, peeling furniture, lamp shades falling off, floors were so absolutely gross! YUCK. This place is run down and unkempt. RedRoof & Hotels.com refused to let me out of reservation and still charged me. Let me tell you I did not walk out I RAN out left the keey in room and found somewhere safer and cleaner.

Wasn't great

It wasn't great really thin walls the vinyl wood floor was peeling up and the metal threshold going from the main room to the bathroom was cracked and would pinch you foot. To be charging the amount i spent is kinda insane makes me reconsider booking it and i will be reconsidering using hotels.com again as well
