Quiet location, discreet family, nice breakfast, pool is even better than in the pictures (quite deep, not a bath for the feet). Overall an excellent value for money. I'd recommend to enjoy the bicycle on the first day, but then consider renting a motorbike.

What a lovely place to stay, close to everything but far enough away to enjoy the quiet. The family that run this home stay couldn’t have done more for us. Lovely location with a beautiful pool. Highly recommend.

Such a peaceful accomodation, exactly what I expected and more. They welcomed us with fruits and juice, and the staff are very lovely the entire stay. It might be a bit of a trek from Tam Coc town, but they provide free bicycles or you can rent a motorcycle. Grab was easy enough to take to get around. The pool was nice after very hot days and Duc was happy to provide beers by the pool. Our deluxe room was literally by the mountainside which made it nice and cool throughout the day. Only note was the water pressure of the shower as to be expected on a little cottage outside town. Overall a great stay!

Gorgeous property surrounded by mountains and fruit trees. Family run business who are extremely sweet and accommodating. Town is only a 10min bike ride through beautiful rice fields. Lots of restaurants to choose from and very close to Tam Coc boat tour.

Situated in the countryside around tam coc, beautiful location within walking distance of the village. Staff very friendly, willing and helpful. Facilities limited and rooms fairly basic, but appropriate for this type of accommodation, and all good. Very good value.

Rooms were clean, beds were fine. No “luxury “at the Tam CoC luxury homestay. No view, no chairs at the pool, pool unclean, uncomfortable seating at breakfast, uncomfortable chairs in rooms. Bikes were in disrepair. Garbage around the property, common areas very poor. Do not recommend.

Damp and a bit remote

Good: Water heater made plenty of hot water and A/C blows ice-cold air. Very low price for people on tight budget. Not so good: 1. Room was constantly damp. Bed was damp, furniture was damp, clothes in suitcases turned damp 2). Towels were thin, old and worn out 3). Refrigerator did not work 4). Breakfast selection was very limited and and they were stingy with the coffee 5). 17 minute walk into town on tiny, narrow road which made walking a challenge when a car was on it. This could be a plus, as the hotel was very quiet 6). No in-room safe 7). AC remote was in Chinese, so figuring out how to use it was a challenge

Flott opphold, imøtekommende ansatte og veldig god frokost. Helt nytt hotell, så ikke slitt. Store og fine rom. Flott beliggenhet, kort vei til alt! Fikk til og med sen utsjekk uten ekstra kostnad. Eneste minuset var at det var for kaldt vann i springen til å få en behagelig temperatur i badekaret.

Et dejligt sted beliggende en kort cykeltur fra byen. Værelset var pænt og rent, men det var personalet, der skilte sig ud. Enormt venlige mennesker, der hver dag kom med et fad med frugt og kager samt te dertil, når vi kom hjem fra tur. Da vi tjekkede ud fik vi også vand og kiks med til busturen. En virkelig dejlig lille oase, som vi klart kan anbefale.
