Arrived at reception, greeted by Justin on 21st April 2025. We queried the pool and Spa to which Justin disregarded the fact that we had booked the hotel for this amenity.
We continued to unpack in the room and discovered the room turn lock not locking, several attempts without success. Furthermore the latch lock was broken.
I went to reception and raised the above to which Justin became rude, obnoxious and dismissive. Shane the Bar manager could hear the conversation and intervened. Shane attended the room, noted the safety concerns about the lock and stated it would be changed and fixed in the morning.
The next afternoon we arrived back to the room, no locked or latch fixed or any follow up.Upon checkout we raised the concerns with Carolina on reception and she advised that Shelley would attend to us at reception. We waited for 20 minutes to be told she was on a call and you would call my wifes number which was left alongside our booking email.
We are a few days later, no follow up yet again.
