Very disappointed

Room was very duty. Yogurt in the fridge with mold. Bathroom has black mold. No towels, we had to go ask. No smoke detector in room. We will not be going back.

The room was better than expected based on other reviews. It was clean and well equipped. The shower pressure was good. However the king-size bed was not very comfortable compared to other places we have stayed and the outside areas were a bit tatty. Location was good and the staff efficient. Breakfast was as expected having a narrow range of items.

Terrible hotel

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel was filthy. The carpet was filthy ripped. The trash was still in the room and the smell was the worst. It was like a cleaningproduct, I don’t know what it was, but they tried to cover up some smell, and it was making my husband and I sick after only being there a half an hour with the doors open. I asked to be moved to another room or to be refunded is refused both so we left. Some of the reviews on Hotels.com were good. Don’t believe them go to yelp.com and read those and just stay away. Save yourself a literal headache and sore throat.

Underwhelming

The building is run down. The pool was EMPTY, the jacuzzi was in pieces (not in working condition.) The key was on the counter, along with others, so, no check in. Left the key on the unattended counter to check out. Breakfast offered no protein options at all, just cereal, toast, or pancakes. We ate elsewhere. The room was clean. NO fan in the bathroom. Carpet was worn. NO comfortable chair for watching television. We were completely underwhelmed.

Not worth it

Would not stay here again. The rooms are in need of repair. Our phone did not work. Ceiling was falling apart. No fan in the restroom just a window with no screen. Housekeeping did not clean our room because I had a change of clothes laid out on the bed.

I recently stayed at the Travelodge by Wyndham Williams Grand Canyon, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. To start, the condition of the rooms and facilities was very poor. The room desperately needed updates—there was flaking paint on the bathroom ceiling, paint sprayed on the towel rack and mirror, and visible evidence of prior attempts to paint over flaking areas on the bathroom walls. The bathroom also had no vent or screen on the window, which meant we couldn’t leave it open without letting in bugs, causing the room to become uncomfortably steamy after showers. To make matters worse, the bathtub was dirty upon arrival, and I had to purchase Clorox spray to clean it myself. The hallways were equally unpleasant, with trash left behind and carpets that had massive tears. There was even construction dust in the toilet paper holder. Housekeeping services were unreliable—on the second day of our stay, they finally came in to vacuum and left fresh towels, but they didn’t take away the old towels or trash unless we placed them outside the room ourselves. The hotel phone in our room didn’t work, so I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk for extra towels and pillows, only to be met with indifference. We did eventually receive towels, but they only had one extra pillow in the entire hotel, which was shocking.

CHECK OUT SOME OTHER PLACE FIRST

BLACK MOLD IN HOT TUB AREA - NO SIGNS UP HAS OBVIOUSLY BEEN THERE FOR AWHILE. The hotel is definitely in need of some TLC. Repairs/painting have been done but as touchups rather than good repairs. Room needed to be cleaner. We had three beds which was the only redeeming point in their favor. The mold is a huge health issue. There were lots of people staying so not sure if just our room but the mold issue is the common areas.

Razoável

Razoável Hotel para pernoitar, cama confortável, roupa de cama e toalhas limpas, mas o a limpeza em geral deixou a desejar. O chão do quarto estava empoeirado, o serviço de quarto troca as toalhas, retira o lixo mas não arruma a cama. O café da manhã termina às 9.30 em ponto, se vc estiver comendo eles vão tirando a comida do buffet e não esperam vc terminar.

Would not recommend

Where to start? The beds. The confirmed 2 queen beds were actually 2 full beds. Both white bedspreads had stains and their only purpose was to cover the blanket and sheet. They were so thin you could see the tv through them. The bottom sheet was flat not fitted so it did not stay in place throughout the night. In the bathroom, 2 of the bath towels were frayed and worn. There was no exhaust fan so we had to open the window in the 34° weather to air it out after our showers. There was a large round hole in the ceiling with an old empty light socket and the bathroom door was badly warped at the top and deteriorating at the bottom which was covered up with paint. Additionally, although it was in the 30s and 40s, the heater had not been turned on in anticipation of our arrival and the room took over 2 hours to warm up. The bathroom was only warm after our showers. Except for that time it was about 50°. As for breakfast, with only 2 small tables in a very small office and guests checking out, it was not conducive for eating. I believe cold cereal and pancakes were the options. The indoor jacuzzi had missing tiles, missing jets, a missing light fixture that left an exposed hole in the wall of the jacuzzi. The room smelled fishy like a lake and had black mold and large pieces of paint hanging from the ceiling.

TV did'nt work half the time (directtv is horrible when weather is bad) did not plow parking lot until late evening. I got sticktwice trying to park. The owner seemed not to care a bit!
