The overall stay wasn't bad. I did go to the front desk at one point to request more towels, and the clerk then followed me to my room after giving me the towels and very abruptly told me that he was coming to get the other towels from the room and acted like he was going to follow me into the room. I had to ask him to wait just a moment for me as I went and got the towels to give him. Then a couple of hours before checkout, I called the front desk to ask if I could do an hour late checkout, and a different clerk told me that I could not checkout late which was fine, but then she proceeded to tell me that I needed to get out of the room by 11 if I wanted my deposit back and then just hung up the phone on me. Then when I went to checkout at 11, I waited a few minutes for a customer in front of me to finish their business. When it was my turn I went up and told the clerk that I was checking out of my room, and the clerk told me that I could leave and they would check my room for damages when they had time. I asked her when I would get my deposit back, and she told me that I'd get it back in a few business days if my room didn't have any damages and then just told me that I could leave. I don't know if I'll get my deposit back or not, but overall the customer service was not great and left much to be desired. The room itself had some sort of orange mystery substance splattered all over the ceiling and on the wall above the headboard.
