Definitely recommend in all aspects.

Very happy about my staying at hotel Matilde. When it comes to service, the staff literally over-peeformed so I want to send them some love to start with ❤️ They chatted with me upon our arrival and booked a restaurant for our visit. When arriving the room, they showed us in and everything was clean, fresh and the bed was really nice. The day after, we needed to catch an early flight so they booked a cab and prepared breakfast. This was far above the expectations so we ate really thankful and happy. Obviously, the hotel was great too, modern och super-central. Highly recommend! Forza Italia greetings from Sweden 🇸🇪

Pour service, not recommended.

Despite ordering the room for 3 people (2+1) we got the double room. The time was almost 12 am. We were tired after the long flight. The guy on reception explained that I ordered the room for the couple and didn’t asked (!!) another bed. After the long checks and discussion with the manager we got the room we ordered originally (sleeping 3 people). At the checkout they asked us to to pay spare 50 euro for the room, despite I ordered it originally. Pour service. Not recommended,

Touched by the care taken to their guests

Couldn't be better. The staff went out of their ways to best help their guests. Carmine and Anna were extremely helpful. They are not only doing daily business but showed they really care about us. Not only did they helped arrange a day tour for us aling the Amalfi coast, make multiple phone calls to work out a delivery problem for me, Carmine also reached out to see if the elder needed anything when being left alone to rest in hotel when I was out. And the rest staff also all tried their best to optimize our experience. I'm truly touched by their dedication. A big THANK YOU!

Great experience

I loved how friendly and professional everyone in the staff team is. The hotel is nicely located if you want to be close to the main shopping areas of Naples and walk to the Chiaia neighborhood for other upscale shopping and dining experiences, too. The breakfast was overall great, with lots of varieties and great options.
