I reserved an ADA wheelchair accessible room at this hotel. The day we left headed to the hotel, I got a phone call from them.
They said that the room was no longer available because the air conditioner was out. I asked if I would get a refund because they couldn't provide what I needed. The desk clerk said that since it was 3rd party that I wouldn't get a refund. I would like to know if you can help me with this issue. Apparently, they don't know about the ADA laws.
