We were staying for our son's college graduation at CSUP. The TV was small, the pool was green, there was no housekeeping services offered or done the entire week until I called the front desk, then I had to list out what I actually wanted done in the room. It was OK for safe and clean.

The organizational skills were a little off. No card key available since they were locked away. Breakfast was an absolute disaster. Front desk was the cook and desk person. Running back and forth everything was empty. Struggling to keep up. Sanitation I believe wasn’t invoked handling the front desk and serving food. Something missing was hand wash and gloves.

I had to make 2 separate bookings, and wanted to merge them into one so that we didn't have to change room during our stay. That made things too complicated for the staff. Breakfast ran out of all items, except oatmeal and waffles. The room was OK, but the furniture in desperate need of upgrades. Bathroom was clean and stocked, but bedding was stained and there were sticky spots on the floor. The beds were comfortable and heat/AC easy to adjust, so we slept well (mostly because we brought our own pillows, and extra flat sheets as covers).
