This is an owner rundown hotel. They have no Wi-Fi they have no elevator. I have a husband with a disability and we were expected to take our luggage up to the third floor on the exit steps. We did not stay there. We had to find another hotel in a very busy area we had we had actually to drive to another town to get into a comfort Inn.

It’s literally a crackhouse. There is no management. There are tenants selling rooms for cash. There were prostitutes in the lobby. That being said the customer service at Expedia was excellent. They had us a new room booked immediately at a safe location. This was like something out of a movie!!!

we arrived extremely late and picked the hotel based on the room photos and the room did look like what it was supposed to although I booked a King bed I got two queen buds not a king after we arrived we were told the elevator is broken and that they have no Wi-Fi or TV. (However we showed up at three in the morning and weren’t gonna use the TV or Wi-Fi anyway. ) the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nice and clean and fairly modern nice bathroom, etc. but there was no soap or shampoo. No extra toilet paper no Kleenex and there was coffee but no cups.! so whoever cleaned it didn’t finish putting things in the room since it was just a quick stay it was didn’t affect us in all at all because we did bring our own body wash and we got coffee when we got down on the lobby

There are no employees, hotel operates by tenants. They only accept cash. No amenities didn’t even have clean towels or any shampoo. There are too many things to list. Hotel should not be listed on Expedia. Expedia refused to give me a refund. I’m extremely disappointed, they offered no help or credit to use towards another hotel.

There was no "hot breakfast." "Breakfast" was laid out on a table and consisted of a few packets of prewrapped mini-donuts, swiss cake rolls, 2 apples, and 2 bananas. There was OJ and coffee.
