The pictures of the building and guest rooms on hotels.com DID NOT coincide with what we found when we got to the location. The exterior of the building was in disrepair (cracks and loose bricks visible), and the lawn in front of the building was overgrown. The room was minimally clean, but the tub, shower curtain, and toilet were showing signs that it was definitely time for a replacement. The microwave was tiny and still had sticky fingerprints on it from a previous guest. There was no convenient source of drinking water; the water fountain the lobby was not functioning, and the soda machine was out of order. Thankfully the fitness room had a water cooler in it, but that was the best we could do. The kids enjoyed the pool, but we used it after dark (due to our schedule) and the ceiling lights were only working (dimly) in half of the room. Breakfast was ok, but the coffee was unappetizing. The good part of the stay was that the beds and pillows were pretty comfortable, and the towels were fluffy.

When we arrived, we stopped in and had to leave back out quickly for an event. When we return to the room later that night to take a shower, we observed mold in the room, and there were sticky spots on the sheets as if they had not been changed. We asked for a different room due to the mold in the mail. We were allowed to move to another room and we observed that the beds were smaller as their original room was two queen beds in this room had two double beds. Myself and my 12-year-old daughter had to share a bed and that’s why I requested Queen’s. When we told the guy at the front desk, he argued with us that we had queen beds in the second room that they gave us, but we did not. He refused to give us another room to accommodate us and give us queen beds so we had to sleep uncomfortably in the double beds. The breakfast was nice in the morning. Because it was the weekend there was not a manager there the next morning when we went to check out, but they did send me an email and I replied and told them about our concerns, but no one ever contacted me.

Upon arrive after a long drive wanted to shower and there was no hot water. The vanity sink barely had water come out of it. The refrigerator did not work properly. Only two towels in room. They came in and got dirty towels and did not leave clean ones. They did not make the beds. The older gentleman at front desk was extremely rude. And the breakfast items were terrible. Muffins and bagels were had and old. Pool was nasty. Co-workers room had no a/c and had a hole in the ceiling and one of his beds was broken. Not worth money and will never stay there again. HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

Yesterday and early this morning we had probably 4% electric and 97% of the time no electricity so it got cold last nite my medicine and my food got ruin and i check in early and checked out late they keep knocking on my door and calling me telling me it was time to leave my check out time at 3pm today so i left early and when I got there yesterday to check-in, they let me go to my room. Room was not ready at check in. Trash and mouse poop were present in the "cleaned" room. The facility suffers from neglect. The breakfast was not worth time required to check it out. Members of our group were shorted pillows and bedding. it appears to be a home for the homeless. Take a pass.

Our room had a dirty wash rag hung over the showerhead. Our toilet was not clean. Our microwave was very dirty. The pool area us horrible the ceiling leaking into the pool of water cloudy a ring around the pool chairs in pool area was gross not to mention the laundry baskets!
