After staying at over 8 different hotels in the Maumee area over the past year, I've found this location is the best overall value due to price, safety, cleanliness, and bed comfort. While I've seen much worse, some of the finish work from the update done sometime in the recent past is visually off, but fully functional and clean. The sliding glass doors in the pool area need replaced or changed to a wall with windows. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. The rooms are always tidy and clean. The beds are softest of all hotels/motels in the area that I've been to in their price point.

The staff were exceptionally nice, especially working during the tha thanksgiving weekend. The whole place smelled a little stale, and our room had clearly been a smoking room at some point in the past. They did a pretty good job of getting the smell out, but there is only so far one can go without ripping up carpet and walls. Great value for those just stopping through.

This property is just off the highway so very convenient. The surrounding area is a little run down but appeared safe and was quiet. The outside and lobby are a little dated but the room was very clean and the bed and the bathroom appeared recently updated. Staff was super nice. Overall for the price it was a 5 star winner.
