En este hotel fue una pesadilla el trato al hacer la entrada chek inn, cucarachas en el cuarto, el aire se apagaba, tenia mal olor,la cama era full y decian era king, la llave del baño estaba rota, un sofa pequeño con toda la tela rota y la madera expuesta, puerta del baño rota y mohosa. Mal olor en alfombra.A las 6:00 am se fue la luz por fuego en el tendido electrico,abandonamos el hotel y nunca regresó la energia electrica. No había nadie en el counter para quejarse. No lo recomiendo es un asco.

Well, at least the air conditioning worked. The room was very dark — no light overhead as you enter. The room was dirty— the chair, the carpet (wet), towels threadbare. Check-in was a person televised through a kiosk. No place to plug in a phone or electronics. Very surprised… have stayed at LaQuintas before but this one needs a total renovation. It’s in a business park and near a major arena — you’d think they would want to renovate. Also left a nice jacket and have been calling for a week, no one answers and it disconnects. No reply to emails either. Hotel.com should check this out before recommending.

Room was damp, the bed sheets and blankets were still wet. The carpet in the room was also wet like they just did a carpet cleaning but didn’t let it dry all the way. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was hanging out the wall with holes in the walls. The only good thing about the hotel room was the ac blowing ice cold.

The TV didn't work, and they knew that when we checked in. They said it was a cable problem. I told them they were charging a lot of money for a room with no TV. I usually sit up all night to watch TV while my wife sleeps. "Sorry, sir." I will never stay again at La Quinta.

The hotel is old and not maintained. There was an awful odor, the AC although cold was extremely noisey AND we did not not have a working toilet. Had to go to the lobby.

No front desk personnel, did not feel safe. Entrance looked descent, but once you walked the hallways and entered the room you felt you were in a motel. Disappointment with the price we paid, was expecting better service and quality.

The hotel was such a disappointment. It looked nice online and in person its all ran down. I have pics to prove. The 500 deposit was crazy especially for that place. The experience just was horrible and if we had to stay more then 2 days we definitely would have been getting a new place. DONT STAY HERE.
