The room was very clean and the bed quite comfortable. It is a older property, but seemed to be very well maintained. I did not use any other facilities like laundry, pool or gym. The breakfast was adequate. The hotel is in a nice safe area of town. It was a good experience for a single traveler.

Dirty room badly in need of painting and updating. Housekeeping does its best but the furnishings are worn, carpeting dirty, walls not cleanable. I will not stay there again, sorry Front Desk Clerk Daniel was exceedingly helpful and kind. Kudos to Daniel!

This hotel property is in serious. Need of a refurbish paint was peeling and chipping from the walls in the bathroom. The hairdryer was clogged with somebody else’s hair. Thermostat on the wall was still there, but it didn’t do anything should’ve been removed the dresser the TV was on had previous holes in it from where the old TV used to be which looked terrible. The shower curtain wouldn’t close all the way because the bracket was broken on one end. Bed sheet on top was stained, mirror was dirty Definitely do not plan on staying at this hotel again unless it’s seriously is completely remodeled.

This hotel needs a MAJOR renovation or complete tear down and start over. Entire building is old and tired...rooms smelled of age....and don't even think about looking behind a dresser for an outlet because you don't want to see what might be behind. In my 40 plus years of traveling, this has to rank as one of the worst. On a positive note, the desk staff was friendly....its not their fault that the property is in such a state.

I was charged before I even checked in, which was concerning. Upon arrival, I politely asked the front desk associate for clarification, but he was agitated, unhelpful, and unfriendly from the start. Additionally, his personal hygiene was poor, and his breath was noticeably unpleasant, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. When I entered the room, I found it in an extremely unsanitary condition incl7dong mold in numerous places. There was a significant amount of long black hair on the bathroom floor and even inside the bed. Additionally, I discovered what appeared to be fecal matter on the sheet at the end of the bed. The ceiling was dirty, and the entrance door did not close properly. On one occasion, I returned to find the door partially open, which raised serious safety concerns. There was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the hotel. The coffee provided was of very poor quality, and the apple juice was spoiled, which caused me to become ill. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! I expect this matter to be addressed promptly.
