Sufficient for our needs, but nothing to write home about. Overall impression was a bit run down, patched holes in walls, stains in tub, AC didn't work the best... beds were clean and comfortable, and staff was wonderful with assistance. There are no phones in the rooms, so you have to go to the front desk for anything you might need. Very sparse breakfast choices, but better than nothing!

Check in was only available exactly at 4:00 pm, not a minute before so a few guests also waited for the time. Bedroom was okay, although mattresses were old and sinking in the middle. Bath tub was not super clean. Coffee is super simple which is fine but had to call the staff for restocking.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was in town for an event in Downtown Cleveland and decided to stay here as it was only a short drive to the event. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were just wonderful. The pool is HUGE and heated. There is even an exceptional Mexican Restaurant and bar inside the hotel that was beautiful and delicious, so you don't even have to leave the property to get dinner or drinks. Breakfast was a nice touch and the muffins and coffee are extremely fresh. Also liked that they offered a variety of fresh fruit and juices. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to be in the Downtown Cleveland area. It really is a great place with great people and great food!

This hotel is a great place to stay if going to a game downtown. The prices are extremely reasonable compared to the outrageous prices of the hotels next to the stadiums. It was a short drive (like 10 minutes) and the hotel was better than expected. They have a wonderful restaurant inside and even offer complimentary breakfast which was delicious. Everything was clean and comfy and my kids were even able to swim as they have a huge indoor swimming pool. My kids had a blast. The front desk and housekeepers were extremely helpful and friendly and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. 10 out of 10! I highly recommend!

Run! Don't walk from this place! I cannot express it enough, to any of you considering staying at this dump! We checked in and out within 1 hour of being at this disgusting, rundown space for lack of what i really want to call this place. This building should be condemned and the owners charged with whatever charges would stick! and this was part of the Wyndham family! Shameful and a health hazard! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Never in the 4 day stay was offered to have clean towels. Never came and turned over the bed, never cleared out garbage. Access key never worked for any of the outside doors for easy access for myself, a person with disability. Had to park in top parking lot and walk down to main lobby doors to access my room. Ice machines didn’t work. Appliances never plugged in used the fridge and found out in the morning it wasn’t plugged in. Fridge was moldy as in pics I provided

We had to park kind of far from our room. It was pricey for one night and the hotel wasn't very nice. It had holes in the walls and the grass was super high. The entire first floor smellled like marijuana when we were leaving. The shower was kind of moldy and it kept holding water in it and not draining. The one good thing i could say was the staff were super nice.

The hotel was not very clean. The staff was very rude especially the pool attendant. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and very stale. The parking lot was littered with trash and the trash cans were overflowing. The elevator broke down twice and there was only one working elevator. The pool was filled with trash including hair and bobby pins. The back door was left open instead of using a keycard to gain entry making it very unsafe.
