My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable. We checked in a little after check in time and the staff were so friendly and suggested many restaurants nearby for a quick bite but we chose the onsite restaurant and it was perfect. Great location, minutes to Downtown Cleveland. Free breakfast, free WIFI, free parking, nice pool and a restaurant on site. We were pleasantly surprised with this property and I highly recommend! Will stay here anytime I need to be in this area!

The room was okay but the bathroom there were hair on the floor and the sink clog,the breakfast was a joke ,we asked about the pool they staff said it opens at 12 pm which I don't believe that because it looked dirty and had a sign pool closed.

The list of broken items, sticky floors, peeling wall paper, half broken drapes; the list goes on and on. For $116 a night you would expect a biiit more. The front desk staff was incredibly kind though!

My stay was great! I was in town for an event in Downtown Cleveland at the Huntington Field and I chose this property based on the location, which was a short drive to the event. The property was clean and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. They offer a free breakfast and there is a restaurant on site that was delicious and reasonably priced. They even have a HUGE indoor pool with a really creative structure consisting of glass all the way around. You felt you were outdoors which was cool. Everything was clean and I would definitely recommend this hotel for any one that needs to be in the downtown Cleveland area.

Sufficient for our needs, but nothing to write home about. Overall impression was a bit run down, patched holes in walls, stains in tub, AC didn't work the best... beds were clean and comfortable, and staff was wonderful with assistance. There are no phones in the rooms, so you have to go to the front desk for anything you might need. Very sparse breakfast choices, but better than nothing!
