I'm afraid I was disappointed by this stay.
The front desk were nice, the building looked great and the general feel much nicer than a generic boxy hotel room. However, some major things let it down. This could be different in the apartments with separate bedrooms, but I can tell you about the studio at mezzanine level.
Firstly, the soundproofing was awful. I could hear next door's conversation, and I was woken at 5am by them dragging suitcases out of their room, banging around, coughing.
As 'mezzanine' you are not fully private from street level. There are blackout curtains but no lighter/privacy blinds, so you are either totally visible to everyone on the street outside, or have zero day light.
The light switches were positioned weirdly. There's a long dark hallway with a light as you enter the room, but there's no switch at the other end to turn it off. So either you walk through the dark or you sleep with the light on.
The carpet was dusty, and I had to brush fluff off my trousers before going to a work meeting having sat on the floor.
Some of the plug sockets didn't work.
One reason I chose this place was the co-work area, and I was disappointed to receive an email the day before (ie too late to cancel) that they'd rented the whole space out to a private event. So that became unavailable, as did the on site breakfast facilities from 9am.
Front desk offered to upgrade a future stay, which I appreciated, but I don't know if I'd come back.
