I booked my stay a day before my check in date and requested to be on the ground floor or 2nd floor at least. When I checked in they gave me a room on the 4th floor room 402 which was very inconvenient for me knowing that the hotel has no elevator and I have 2 big baggage. I even ask assistance from the staff to help me carry my baggage going up to the room but he refused to help. They don't even have a wifi internet which was supposed to have as per stated in their amenities upon my reservation. I planned to extend my stay for 2 days but because of my horrible experience to this hotel, I decided to find another better hotel for my next stay.
