The room smelled funny. Not sure if they cleaned the tub, there was toothpaste on the handle of the shower. The shower pressure was awful. I went to put my stuff on the bathroom counter, and there was a dental floss pick sitting on the counter. It was not ours.

Great staff terrible conditions

Well the only thing that was good was the staff! There was constant loud parting out side my room #135. The TV didn’t work the first night! I have never stayed in a Hotel with permanent residences. I would not stay there again due to all of the problems that I encountered. Karen Breer

This hotel looked nothing like what they advertised on hotel.com.. It was a run down hotel with all kinds of homeless people all around. The room smelled really bad like old wet dirty carpet. The pool looked disgusting liked like it hadn’t been cleaned since last year. I had to find another hotel to stay at because I did not feel safe with my kids there.

First of all I asked for room together side by side so as families we can have security take care of each other’s because we have some older friends who can not carry their luggage. And some of them have to change rooms numerals time because rooms have holes and bathrooms are not clean and ask for all none smoking room and Some of those rooms smell like smoke and some kind of weird smells to the rooms. But Front Desk Clark was very helpful. To change the rooms that have problems. But most importantly is that your property need security at knights there are a lot of yelling and arguing going on back of the building

Horrible service , horrible property

The entire property was in falling apart , and dirty . The fire extinguisher was missing from the case on the floor where my room was . There were no coffee pods in the room . Cigarette burns on the bathtub . Something blue that flaked off when scrubbed on bathtub . Worst of all was the hair all over the beds , on top and in between the sheets . We had the room for 3 days and recieved no maid service I took out our trash to an overflowing can outside on the 1st floor .The weekend desk clerk , was nice , but had no solution to offer except that she would pass the issue along to management , on Monday. We were unable to ascertain what hours the continental breakfast was available, as it was not going as we left in the mornings at 7:30 on Saturday & Sunday, yet it was closed already when we checked out on monday morning at 9 am . We really only wanted some coffee , but the middle aged woman working that morning was absolutely rude , and just snapped at me that breakfast was over , as she stomped past me chomping on a piece of gum . We just left and got coffee elsewhere
