We checked in to find out the tv didn’t work called the desk she said they could fix it the next day . They had no other rooms to accommodate us as we asked . We checked out within 10 minutes. Was told we had to contact hotels . Com for refund. We drove 1 exit down got checked into another hotel and contacted hotels . Com what a nightmare. They said the hotel manager was not there for our refund call back the next day after 12:30. We called back the following day only to be told we were only being refunded for 2 days and actually charged for 1 as they said the bathroom was used ..(that’s a lie ) nothing was touched except the tv. We were told by hotels . Com follow up the next day agin as we don’t agree with paying for a night when we only tried a tv that didn’t work !!!!! TERRIBLE WE STILL have not been compensated

This place is in horrible condition, smells musky, paint peeling from all the doors, curtains filled with holes, paint peeling from bath tub. The dining area was dirty and unsanitary. I skipped breakfast cause I could chance eating as this is definitely the worse hotel I have every booked on hotels.com
