Posizione ottima, camera spaziosa e pulita. Check-in semplice. Suggerirei, se possibile, di offrire una bottiglietta d’acqua agli ospiti, ed anche la possibilità di farsi un caffè in camera almeno per il primo giorno di soggiorno. Inoltre sarebbe utile offrire anche cuscini più bassi, per chi ha problemi a dormire con quelli alti

Logement très bien situé avec la gare centrale. Il n’y a pas de réception, la communication avec le propriétaire se fait via Whatspp pour rentrer dans le logement puis guidage avec caméra de surveillance. Ma chambre ,donnant sur rue, était très mal isolée : simple vitrage, porte en bois , plancher grinçant. Mur et plafond avec des traces d’infiltrat, mais propre. Le propriétaire a été réactif pour changer les draps non propre. Il faut laisser 9,5€ de taxes comme indiqué dans l’annonce.

2連泊しました。 チェックアウト後に荷物も預かってもらえます。　 朝食も私は食べませんでしたが、 コーヒーと紅茶？はフリーだよと教えてもらえました。 ホテルのある駅はセンターから少し離れていますが、主要なところも駅もどこも30分圏内でいけるので、それでこのコスパはオススメです。 駅からもすぐです。 ただ、1階だったので虫が出ましたが、 フロントの方にお願いしたら退治してくれたので、問題なしです！ ありがとうございました！ 友人にもオススメできるホテルです。

최악입니다. 이해할 수 없는 벌금과 체크인 프로세스로 아예 체크인 자체가 불가할 뻔 했는데, 벌금까지 내라고 하네요.(숙박비의 약 30%) 방음 전혀 안되고, 인테리어는 좋으나 청결함은 의심됩니다.(머리카락 등 수건에서도 발견) 제가 가본 전세계 숙소중 최악의 경험이었습니다.

Do not expect anybody to your arrival. Better have internet because they will send everything to your phone. The place is nice comfortable, clean, and has AIRCONDICION!!! Very important in summer. Also has a refrigerator that was a good plus. Nothing fancy but fresh and clean. It is a 20 minutes walk from Milan Central. Overall we have a nice stayed.

Das ist schon eine ungewöhnliche Unterkunft. Keine Rezeption, Kontakt nur per whatsapp, aber wir haben die Schlüssel bekommen und alles hat funktioniert. Es ist ein sehr grosses Appartment, in dem es 6 Zimmer gibt. Die Einrichtung ist extrem ! kreativ. Aber supersauber und ein schönes Bad. Die Zimmer sind winzig und auch kreativ eingerichtet. Bequemes aber schmales Bett. Nichts für Reisende, die ein normales Hotel suchen! Gute Lage.

Ok for one night stop overs

Was like an escape room and messages from hotel were like clues! Location was excellent and room was functional for one night stay but wouldn’t like to have stayed any longer. Did not see any other guests as we did not user shared spaces. Decor is awful and like a bric a brac store. Otherwise it’s ok for one night close to the station. Roads are very busy just away from hotel and quite dangerous at night

The room was clean, but a little dark. The shower could use some work. The shower head probably needs to be replaced. We missed the part where we would be charged for arriving after 6 and were charged. Our late arrival was out of our control. The hotel did well to stay in contact with us.

Très bon emplacement. Bonne communication avec l'hôtelier. Attention l'annonce du site hotels.com est mensongère. Il n'y a pas de prestation de petit déjeuner ni inclus, ni optionnelle. --> l'agent d'hotel.com contacté pour essayer de resoudre ce problème a été de mauvaise foi. Mais cela n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtelier qui a découvert le problème avec nous.

My experience involved bed bugs, responsive staff, but ultimately a bad experience. To shorten the story, we arrived late at night, and the hotel was accommodating. Went to bed before checking for bugs, woke up a couple hours later with nearly 100 bites. The staff was very responsive even in the middle of the night to help me find a pharmacy and booked me a new hotel. I appreciate this; however, they did not want to take responsibility for the bugs and instead of apologizing for the experience, complained to me about the headache and cost it was for them, stating I could have brought the bugs in my suitcase (which is highly unlikely considering they were not there in my suitcase at home, and there were enough bites to indicate at least 20 bugs would have hitched a ride in my suitcase on the airplane). I regret being too sleepy to check for bugs so that I could be 100% confident they were there from the start. Again, the hotel was responsive, but I did not receive an apology or refund and had to go to a doctor for shots and medication for the bites, spend money and time washing clothes, and buy a new suitcase. Bed bugs are an unfortunate part of travel and doing business in hospitality.

Det ligger utrolig centralt og roligt i forhold til at det ligger fem minutters gang fra Hovedbanegården. Meget upersonligt at blive overvåget af et kamera, hvor man bliver råbt an at man skal ringe til “ham” , han havde lukket os ind via dørkamera og der informeret os om hvorledes at vi skulle gøre for at komme ind på værelset! Så det var lidt af en overraskelse at træde ud fra værelset og blive kommanderet til at gå ud på hoved trappen for at ringe ham op!!Ok værelse, hyggeligt dekoreret med genbrugsting , dog tiltænker vi at det måske var nogle ubudne “gæster “ i sengen!!! Mange mange små bid… måske var vi bare uheldige, hvem ved? Sommehilsner Dorthe
