The hotel has many great facilities and makes a modern and stylish first impression. However, several key issues during our stay made the overall experience disappointing.
One of the main restaurants was closed for the entire duration of our stay, and the pool closed earlier than advertised due to a private event. This significantly limited our access to what the hotel promises as part of the guest experience.
Dinner was only available at the rooftop restaurant, where the food was average at best. Unfortunately, the quality did not match the price level. The website also states that each booking includes two sun loungers, but in practice, it was a first-come, first-served situation at the pool – something that created unnecessary hassle and felt misleading.
The biggest concern was the room cleanliness, which was clearly neglected over time and not up to the standard one would expect from a 4-star hotel. In contrast, the general cleanliness of the hotel’s public areas was good.
I understand that the hotel might respond by saying they didn’t get a chance to address these issues during our stay. However, these are not isolated problems – they are basic standards that should be in place from the start, especially at a hotel that markets itself at this level.
On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they did their best to assist us.
