The lobby had no staff in it, except the woman behind the desk, who checked me in, was very nice… There were people wandering around who didn’t look like they were hotel guests… The elevator was hot, no air. My hotel room air conditioning was very off, I couldn’t adjust it, There was no recycle bin, which was very unusual for a Hilton. There was no microwave so I couldn’t heat up my dinner. It was a sub – Hilton experience that cost $160 and was not worth it… With Hilton, One expects it to be better than that…
