Very comfortable and in good location but two caveats: -if you are susceptible to daylight, ask for a room without a skylight or else pack an eye mask. -if you need to leave before 8am, breakfast will be a coffee and croissant as cooked breakfast only starts getting cooked at 8. But, to be clear, it is a lovely place run by great people, and I would stay again.

Stylish room - I love the wallpaper, chandelier, and fireplace. So charming! Cooked breakfast was good - nice to have a hot option at a moderately priced London hotel. (Not gourmet mind you. But protein- eggs and sausage- are so key.) The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

A warm welcome on our arrival by the owner, very clean and comfortable room. With drinks tray available with bottled water and a kettle.It is such a peaceful area with a excellent night's sleep.Cooked breakfast was what you would expect with juice,cereals, pastries, fruit all on offer. Plenty of choice for your hot drinks requirements also available.. we will definitely use this venue in the future,a perfect location for Camden Market.

Lekha and Milton the cook took excellent care of us, responding to questions and sharing suggestions how to navigate to places around the city. The guest house is located in a lovely neighborhood where it felt safe to walk well after dark. It is a short 15 minute walk to the tube, with nice restaurants and neighborhood shops nearby. The property is neat and well looked after with comfortable beds, but the room we had was pretty cramped and furniture a bit 'tired' looking which is the only reason I didn'a rank them with a '5'. That said, we wouldn't hesitate staying there again in the future! Just a point of confusion because the main photo used for Primrose Guest House appears to be of a Camden Town canal which is a completelly different community. We thought it might be a block or two away.

Really good location for north London, especially close to reach Camden. Simple and comfortable accomodation. The host was welcoming and polite. The only minor issue encountered was the shower pressure in the morning was too low to take a shower but on the evening it was fine. I didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on this but there were a couple of great breakfast eateries just around the corner.

I stayed here for a night and the owner was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We had a few requests and she helped us out each time. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need or want.

Primrose house is a quiet little guesthouse. It was perfect for our stay. Had everything we needed. And the breakfast was beautiful, offers cereal, a cooked breakfast and any requests you might have, heard another customer ordering omelettes. Hosts are really lovely and make sure you have everything you need. Few minute walk to the tube station. We will definitely be staying again.

Nice small guest house easy walking to Belsize Park & Swiss Cottage tube stations. England’s Lane close by for coffee and lunch. Breakfast included which was great.

Hotellet är ett litet B&B med bara ett fåtal rum vilket ger en personlig upplevelse. Värdinnan är så välkomnande att man redan vid incheckning känner sig som hemma. Vi anlände tidigt, flera timmar innan incheckning, vilket naturligtvis innebar att rummet inte var städat. Det hindrade inte vår värdinna att ge oss möjlighet att få nycklar och att lämna bagaget i rummet. Dessutom serverades vi kaffe och kakor. Rummen är rena och bekväma. Området är lugnt och det är nära till tunnelbanestationen. Det går även alldeles utmärkt att promenera till såväl Camden som Regents Park. Alldeles i närheten finns även flera bra ställen att äta och dricka. Puben The Washington rekommenderas. Fin service, god mat och stort utbud av öl.

My daughter had a long layover in London and was excited to get in around 6, check in and walk around the city but instead had a three hour flight delay and major problems with her phone. Even though she didn’t get there til almost 11, by some miracle she was able to get checked in, safe and sound.
