The internet at the Baton Rouge Marriott was apparently taken out by a storm two days before we checked in
and we were not notified of this fact until we tried for an hour to connect to the internet and went downstairs and were told it would not be fixed for two more days.
we should have been told this before check in. Also a new parking fee is being imposed there without any prior notice and could not be tacked on to our room bill but had to be paid thru iphone in parking lot.
