We were denied a handicap accessable room after we requested one thru hotel.com. the hotel was giving handicap rooms to customers that didn't need them. The hotel did have bell boys to assist us with our luggage when we arrived. We finally got a room 3 hours after we arrived. We took a non handicap to get out of other customers way.
