2/10 较差

There were no towels, soap, cups, hanger or blow dryer. I killed 6 cockroaches in 36 hours. There were bugs crawling on the bed when I arrived. There was no WiFi and no breakfast. Bathroom floor covered in hair, like the place hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Tv did not work. Front desk staff gone for long periods of time and my room key had to be reprogrammed every time I needed entry to the room. The entire room was filthy, and didn’t look anything like the photos. New owners will take over soon and this placed should be scraped to the foundation and rebuilt. Worst stay of my life.

This is one of the worst properties I’ve ever stayed at. Very dirty and disgusting place. If we hadn’t checked in so late, we would have left!

Shocking conditions! First room we walked into roaches scattered all over the room. Roaches covered the carpet, walls, toilet, and furniture. The second room had roaches, blood on the walls and pillows, and cigarette burns on the bathroom surfaces. Both room stank of cigarettes and weed. I've never been so disgusted at a hotel. Would not recommend 😕

This place was the most disgusting place I have been in . I don’t know why it is even on hotels.com. The furniture was filthy, the beds were broke down. The bathtub was filthy. It stunk like cigarettes. Drunk people walking around. Vagrants hanging around on the property. It was so disgusting I gathered my stuff up and left immediately. I took my key back to front desk and told clerk I couldn’t stay here. I should have asked for my money back but it was so gross I just wanted leave. I really would like my money back.
