The hotel in the pictures and the hotel we arrived at are not the same hotel. This is the hotel where Lubbock houses their homeless population. It is nasty and filthy, do not stay here. In addition, our daughter was car jacked in the parking lot, it is not a safe place to stay. Additionally, after we saw the hotel we went to their website and a room costs $49.00 a night, way less than hotels.com charged me. Whatever you do, do not stay here! It is dangerous.

Not worth it. Absolutely filthy hotel. Instead of staying we decided to travel 4 hours back home then to stay the night there. Sketchy people at night. I suggest if you’re a woman do not stay here or walk around the hotel alone. There we guest on the stairwell openly doing drugs.

As soon as we walked in the room smelled horrible, you could tell the floor wasn’t vacuumed, there was a bunch of trash on the floor. We didn’t even bother speaking to the manager as we figured all the other rooms would be the same. We didn’t even bother staying and ended up staying somewhere else. Nothing like the pics on the website.

This is a hotel for drug addicts and prostitution. When I say filthy, that’s what I mean. Holes in the walls, very Smokey smell, super dirty. There was no way I was staying here. When I opened the door the beds were unmade and stains all over them and the pillows were just as dirty. I took a picture

Checked into the first room, the beds look like someone just got out of them no towels crumbs everywhere toilet was full not flushed. The second room had towels but you would not take a shower in there cockroaches were everywhere. The rooms are severely outdated and run down. The property was dirty and had trash everywhere I just can’t see how this place is overlooked by the inspectors.

Room had a smell upon arrival. Only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel, the hand towel had a stain. Safety latch on door was broken. Light between beds was missing a bulb and the bulb that was there was burned out. Strong drug smell coming from conjoining room overnight. Should be ashamed to charge $200 for a night, room was not worth $20.

It was absolutely disgusting.. blood on the side of bed.. holes in the walls, homeless you have to stepover to get us the stairs, sink falling out of the counter.. no toilet paper, phone number posted is wrong.. pool is disgusting and hasnt been used in years. Cement around it is broken, trash filled the empty pool.. booked 2 night's, only stayed one.. they said they checked us out. They did not and we were still charged the extra day. ALL THE REVIEWS WERE TRUE. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Absolutely DISGUSTING. This hotel should be condemned. The first room had blood stains on the comforter, what looked like bullet holes in the wall, and the carpet was so torn up you could see the concrete underneath. The key card wiring was literally hanging out of the door. They switched our room and apologized, but the second room was no better. It smelled like cigarettes and car oil, and once again the key card system was hanging off the back of the door. This place is NOT livable. Horrible doesn’t even begin to describe it. DO NOT STAY HERE. Save your money and your safety.

Room was awful- absolutely nothing like the photos. I don’t think the room had been cleaned in months- so much pet hair in the carpet- it was a layer! Room was in such disrepair that it should not be used until repairs are made! Breakfast was coffee, oh or apple juice, cold cereal, 5 apples 1 package of plain oatmeal and a tray of day old mini muffins. There were hardly any cars in the lost so I am not sure why they said they could only put us in a first floor room at the very back of the property (parking in the ‘alley’ 🙄) stay somewhere else!
