The hotel was alright. The people at the front desk were really kind. They said the room I had chosen on Hotels.com wasn't available, so they upgraded me to a bigger room. The breakfast was coffee and granola bars. I'm not sure if we needing to request housekeeping during our stay to get our room cleaned/towels changed, but we we there 5 days and housekeeping didn't come. Which was ok for us. The bathroom was very small, when we opened the door, it barely cleared the toilet, and it was kind of difficult to move around/ get out of esp if you were getting out of the shower. The room had a kitchen, and a pamphlet saying we could order a utensil package with plates, frying pan, etc if we needed it. There was a good amount of storage in the room, it had Dish TV I think, and it looked like you could plug in a DVD player or your phone if you wanted to watch a movie. The bed was a little firm, which is fine for me, the pillows were perfect. The bedding was thin, but it was clean. We slept well. Most of the towels were clean- but there were 2 that looked like they had maybe fallen off the laundry cart because they had black spots/dirt on them. The hotel was right next to a bus stop, and was within reasonable walking distance to the arena (about 20 min) and about 5-10 min walk from restaurants. The hotel was pet friendly, and a lot of people had their pets with them. We felt like the parking lot was adequately lit and safe at night. Thank you for the comfortable and safe stay.

You get what you paid for

Front desk was friendly and helpful. We came for a concert and unfortunately, I believe people were smoking weed as my room filled with the smell. It was manageable.

Hotel was in a great spot if you’re looking to explore Ontario and surrounding areas. In the heart of the IE. Hotel allows pets and you can tell. Room smelled like dog pee in the carpets. Everything else was clean except for that.

Will not recommend

The room we stayed in was messy. The linen was dirty, there were hair all over the bed and in the bathroom. The carpet had stains and bathroom/shower were not cleaned. When asked if there was another room available, the check in staff said No. Don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bad experience....

Not so good. We had cockroaches and small black bugs, throughout the room, discussing. I motioned it to the desk clerk, she said she would let someone know but there nothing she could do about it. This will be are last visit to any Extended stay at that location, for sure.

Ese hotel está listo para ser demolido, malas condiciones generales, el colchón se le salían los resortes, cucarachas en la tina del baño, el desayuno que ofertan no es desayuno es solo café , nunca volveré a hospedarme ahí jamas, la tarifa no es económica como para que esté de esa forma

Rude front desk

Front desk clerk was rude and in a personal phone call while tried to check in. We asked a few ?? And either didn’t Answer or was annoyed we asked ?? Beds are really hard hallways had a bad smell. Room was clean
