As a frequent guest at your hotel, I’ve always valued the comfort and service provided. However, my recent experience highlighted a few concerns that I hope can be addressed:
Front Desk Interaction: The new front desk staff didn’t seem as friendly or welcoming as the previous team. A warm and courteous reception goes a long way in making guests feel valued, especially those who return regularly.
Room Essentials: A basic necessity like a trash can was missing from my room. Despite informing the front desk, it was not provided during my stay. This impacted the overall convenience and cleanliness.
Breakfast Menu Changes: I’ve mentioned this in a previous visit as well, but with the recent management change, the breakfast menu has been altered. The earlier menu offered a variety of options that suited everyone in the family. The current selection feels limited and less inclusive.
I’m sharing this feedback with the hope that it helps improve the guest experience. I look forward to seeing these areas addressed in future stays
