First of all there is false advertisement. The rooms are advertised to have air-conditioning, however there isn't a mention that this only works during certain times of the year.
The main issue was that our room was heated up to 25 degrees Celcius and there was no way to cool this down by keeping the window open. The staff couldn't provide us any fans, and there wasn't any other room available either that was cooler. The only advice they could give was to keep the window open and contact the reservation department the next day.
Result, even at 4 am the room was still 25 Degrees but now we also had mosquitos in the room. My sleep was completely destroyed.
However, it got even worse. The next day, we sent an email with our complaint and contacted the reservation department as well. They re-directed us to the manager Luis Torrico.
From here it just got worse, first I couldn't get in touch with him. Besides that he accused me from the start of the conversation when I finally got in touch with Luis, he accused me from the start of being a liar. Never was there searched for a resolution or an apology, I was just lying and everything I experienced was completely untrue. I am surprised a manager like this can run a hotel like this.
