in the middle of taking a bath, the water coming out from the faucet is dark brown with some particles in !!! It was so disgusting ! They did send the technician to check, but i had to call twice to ask for another room to finish the shower. They did not offer any alternative had I not request for it. At the end I did not take the offer to finish the shower in another room as I had to catch my flight. The customer service is not okay, all they said is sorry ! it was a really horrible experience.

It was the most expensive, least comfortable stay I’ve had in many years. The greatest affront was being ask to be $25 for coffee pods in the room which are free at most hotels.

NEVER AGAIN - PARK LANE HOTEL
I booked four rooms at the Park Lane Hotel for 3 nights. Our family and friends were in NYC for the 24th Anniversary of 9/11. We all had three horrible nights of sleep. No AC. The rooms were hot (72 to 76 Fahrenheit) and smelled humid. We all complained numerous times upon arrival and until the end. The manager, Youssef Daoudi, promised to have it repaired. Absolutely NOTHING WAS DONE. No repair, not even water bottles, and no complimentary breakfast. Nothing for our HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER AGAIN.

Highly recommend!
Perfect location, great restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff. My first room had a climate control issue, but they quickly moved me to another room, no drama and no pushback. Great value overall.

Worst Front Desk of NY
One of best location and THE most arrogant and rude front desk staff in NY. Great location, recently renovated but unfortunately Front Desk employees make all efforts to treat you as bad as possible. Sorry that Edita has no longer works there anymore. Current Front Desk staff should copy her and how she turns guest in friends. Even hotel has lost a package of mine Fred (Security Manager) and Lubdia (Chief of Concierge) are great and totally different from arrogant Front Desk team. I'm guest of PLNY for more than 20 years but now I probably won't return there anymore. Owners be concerned that hotel is loosing guests and maybe you're not seeing this happens. More than a great location guests want to be treat like regular person. Loosing customers is easy/fast but recovering them is hard.
