Expectations
Breakfast was extra and hot and good. Service was good as well.
They were having problems with water pressure and hotel was basically shut down from 10-3 on our second day. They said Hotels.com should have notified us. They didn’t. Room was fine, bed comfortable. Biggest issue was the Wi-Fi was horrible. Couldn’t get our devices to download anything. Additionally, the tv had Netflix and YouTube available but you couldn’t get that to connect to the server either. We will not stay here again. I was looking forward to our 3 day stay as I thought it would be a class above. It wasn’t.
