This accommodation was lovely and in a great location to walk to most of the main sites. However, the parking was quite a walk and was miserable with the luggage we had. The taxis cannot go up to the location although they can meet you about a block from the apartment. The breakfast was dry packaged items. It was nice to have access to a kitchen and hot water. The balcony was nice for drying clothes and getting fresh air.

The property was fine to come and go and sleep. Owner was unable to meet me when I arrived despite me arriving within stated hours of availability, leading to some confusion about how to access the room. Not fun after 24 hours of travel. Main problem was that accommodation was booked for a work trip and the owner was unable to provide a receipt so that I could be reimbursed by my workplace. Owner said they’d provide a receipt and then ghosted after several requests. Not recommended for those travelling for work who would need a receipt.

Paolo e Alessandra sono il massimo della professionalità e dell'ospitalità. B&B nuovo e pulitissimo, situato in centro storico, nel quartiere "Castello" di Cagliari. Colazione abbondante. Paolo è stato di grande aiuto nell'indicarci anticipatamente le zone in cui parcheggiare gratuitamente l'auto.
