Older hotel that has been updated. It is only two stories, and your door opens to the outside. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. This is right across the street from Universal Studios and much less than the hotels in the area. We will definitely stay here when we return. A gem!

I really thought this hotel was great for the money. The staff were so friendly and helpful at the front desk and at the restaurant. The pool was nice for this level of hotel with a little zero entry area and really nice cushions on the chairs. And there was a free shuttle to universal twice a day. And it’s only a 20 minute walk if those times don’t work out for you. We also enjoyed the café and the Indian food. The only slight slight thing I didn’t love was how dark the room was (my daughter actually liked that part😂) and the pillows were not the greatest quality ever. But that was very minor and I will definitely be back!

The staff was nice. The biggest issue is that there is zero sound proofing between the walls. The people next to us had a bird and a dog which we could hear until really late and we could hear them talking and watching TV. The bed was ok, but the pillows are really tiny. For the price it was good. Easy location to find.

Nice comfortable room with a separate living. Well furnished and updated. Hotel staff were very accommodating after our initial flight was cancelled due to snow they allowed us to change our non refundable reservations to the new dates (2 days later) and didn’t charge us any extra fees. Very convenient to Islands of adventure, and universal studios with free shuttle to those parks. They however do not have a shuttle to take youto take you to Epic whicdisappointing

the family suite was clean and newly rennovated. we used the shuttle for universal, that was great as well. the food and bar was good. only issue we had was house keeping didn’t clean, bring new towels or take trash out for our 4 day stay.. we had to get our own towels every evening and take our trash out. I would stay again if they rectified the house keeping issue.
