There is alot i liked about this property. But for reading purposes I'll limit it to my top ones. First being the location of this property. It is just steps away from Little Venice as well as the local market. But not close enough to hear the music or noise of the tourist walking to and from. Our room faced the ocean. With ocean views, waking up after a good night of sleep was refreshing! The property is also very well updated and well kept. The modern fixture's were welcoming and high end. Which was very nice, coming from America, thats how it is at most hotel's. The patio door were a nice addition, opening them up to let the breeze in was a plus!
The staff was AMAZING!!!!!! They were very informative and friendly. Our first encounter with the staff was the driver from the airport, which was complementary. He had a good vibe about him and even helped with our bags (we only had four small bags that we were able to manage on our own). The next person was the concierge. She greeted us with a lovely smile and showed us our room. She also gave good recommendations for different things during our stay. On our check out morning, THE OWNER came to meet us and ask about our stay. That was AMAZING!!! You can tell he really cares and takes pride in ownership.
