The property is very nice. Rooms big, clean, and updated. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool. We drove into San Diego every day. It’s close to a convenience market, pizza place and Mexican place where we purchased most meals. The staff was very responsive with requests.

We arrived on a Monday afternoon for my husbands 60th birthday. We had to wait 1 hour outside to get checked in, Once our room was finally ready we were told there was an issue with the toilet, They thought they had it resolved but if not to call maintenance. The toilet ran all night. Making it hard to have good night sleep. We did not want maintenance in our room at 1 am so chose to try to get some sleep not knowing how long they could be there, I felt they could have offered something for the inconvenience but sadly they did not. So we will not be returning to this property

After-hours check in is a little weird, it kind of threw a wrench in our plans for the next day when I had to wait for the office to open to finalize check in. Amenities are not close, so be prepared to hop back in the car if you want to go to the pool. There are 2 pools. The close one closes at 6pm and the late pool started closing at 8pm instead of 10 without warning. Staff is great. The rooms are spacious and well decorated and furnished. Parking is pretty limited close to the units. Kitchen in the room is well stocked with utensils and implements and there is a grill on the balcony.

I like to cook & prepare breakfast of eggs. I bring my own 8" egg pan, good sharp knives for cutting or chopping. Everything else is provided. Stacked W/D each took about an hr no matter what setting you set. Staff is excellent & I love texting options with housekeeping. Everything you need within 10-15 min.

Booked this hotel because it was the closest to a family member’s house that we were helping move. Was a little bummed out about the two night minimum stay but for how big the room is I guess I understand! This used to be apartment buildings so you basically get a little apartment for the same cost if not less than another hotel room! Everything was clean and well kept up. We did not use the kitchen, but if needed it would’ve been amazing! The only thing that threw me off a little bit was there is only a half hour check-in. From 430 to 5. Not that big of a deal though because I was able to call and ask for a late check-in. I haven’t gotten my final bill, but I’m pretty sure it didn’t cost me anything for the late check-in. Also, we only needed one night so I checked out the next morning, the blonde lady in the front office was a little rude, but luckily there was another lady in there that was very nice and helpful.
