We had a lovely stay overall. The staff member who checked us in, Raneem (apologies if I’ve spelled that incorrectly), was incredibly warm, helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. She really set the tone for a great stay. The hotel itself is beautifully presented and felt very clean throughout the common areas. We did have a couple of small issues with our room, the wardrobe sliding door was already broken when we checked in, and after room service the next day there was still some dirt, hair, and small pieces of toilet paper left on the bathroom floor, so it didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly. Aside from those minor things, the service was great, the people were wonderful, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back.
