Terrible accommodation.
It was not what was advertised on the app.
The facilities are old and dirty, and in addition to the rate I was charged, I was also charged extra fees for parking, hotel tax, and a deposit.
The room I reserved was supposed to have an ocean view, but I was given a room with a street view, and the balcony was full of metal structures and construction materials.
The TV did not work. I had to call the front desk four times, and after three hours they finally sent a technician.
During my last call, the front desk agent dismissively told me that if I wasn’t satisfied, I should either change rooms or find another hotel.
The carpets in the hallways were very dirty and worn out.
The ice machine was not working, and only one elevator was operating in the entire hotel.
When opening the kitchen cabinets to take out a plate, there was trash and dirt in the corners, as if they hadn’t been cleaned at all. The same situation was present in the refrigerator, both inside at the top and on the outside.
The price I was charged is not worth what little they offer.
I believe this is not the way a guest should be treated, especially when trying to resolve legitimate issues.
