Poor Reception
The service at Reception was not ideal. I was hosting a meeting with my Customer Excellence management team. I had a meeting room booked. Checking in - half of the team had checked in on-line yet they had to repeat the full process the same as those that had not - why? I was expecting to be shown to our meeting room and introduced. There was no key for the room. I had to return to reception, asked for this after much moving around i was told to go back down with one of your team. He started looking in the other meeting rooms and then asked me why I wanted to change rooms. I explained I had no reason to change room, I wanted a key to lock our room so we could pop out. I then had to return to reception after he called ahead to tell them. When I got there, I had to wait for someone to come from out back to prepare the key. This cost a lot of wasted time in my meeting. For the cost of this room, I thought this was appalling.
