Hotel is amazing Staff can be incredibly rude and stuck up. Especially the hostesses at the restaurant. I wasn’t going to say anything, but it’s mind blowing how rude they are. They need some serious training, being rude and standoffish is not the level I would expect from Pendry. Property and rooms are 11/10 Staff needs serious work. Be nice to people. That simple.
