Bed was comfortable and everything was generally clean but the building and rooms are really run down. Wallpaper peeling, light bulbs burnt out, fraying carpet, dent in the wall and air system that wouldn't shut off. But staff was super friendly and helpful. .

We enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental Hotel in St. Paul. We arrived mid-afternoon on a Sunday, and found the bar on street level just what we needed for a quick bite and beverage. Food was excellent. Also loved the great view of the Mississippi River from our 11th floor room. The hotel was an easy walk to the downtown area. Very nice hotel!
