Bad experience
Terrible experience. The attention of the concierge was poor; they had very little knowledge of the area. I had car trouble, and they basically told me that usually when that happens, they don't do anything. It's completely up to the client to and to the guest to find a way to solve the situation. Not even recommend a taxi or transportation guy to take me to where my car was.
There's flies all over the food and the eating area. The food was mediocre, the rooms were not cleaned properly (we didn't get our towels changed) and basically there was absolutely no guidance on the area and nearby attractions or hotels etc.
It was a very bad experience and I wouldn't recommend it. I definitely would not give the red rating as Aim on Hotels.com.
