Venezia's location is perfect. It's about two minutes from the beach. There are plenty of eateries around. Check out Latin Cafe, about a 10min walk. The vibe was great at all times everyday. The room was small but perfect because we only needed it to crash after so many activities. The roof top was always empty but the view was nice.

Liked the location, the staff, the cleanliness. Did not like the fact that there was onlyn1 chair in the room for the 2 of us, that There was only 1 small trash can, no desk to put computer on, wasteful to change towels every day, put out new toiletries when not needed.

I liked the property was clean and with style it's small what I didn't like that the morning staff at desk would help some of the guests with special privilege and some got all kind of excuses don't like that do for one do for all.

Pros: -Very friendly front desk team! -Easy check-in/check out -Updated rooms. Everything was very clean & stylish. -Very nice continental breakfast of bagels, pastries, cereal, coffee and juice -Great location, within walking distance to many restaurants -20 minute trip to MIA airport Cons: -Paper-thin walls and doors -None of the rooms have "do not disturb" door hangers so Housekeeping banged on our door first thing in the morning. The housekeeping team loud in general - lots of shouting across the hall at each other and general carrying on. It was the worst part of our 2-day/night stay.

Decor nice but rooms are very small & dusty

The overall look and appearance insides of the decor was nice, but the room were very small and felt very stuffy. We couldn’t open two large luggage in the the room without stepping over them. The bed was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on and they didn’t have an iron or ironing board in the room. There was one trash can in the entire room. One of my biggest issues with this hotel/room was the dusty. They were very dusty and someone with allergies to dust caused my allergies to flare up.

The hotel property was outdated. It looked like they attempted to renovate but not good paint job. They did not have any amenities and breakfast was limited. They had one person serving the continental breakfast and she moved at her own pace. With no regard to waiting guests. You had to sign out beach towels every time you took one. The umbrella and beach chair they stated came with the room looked like something for a pool not the beach. We had to rent our own chairs and umbrellas because the guy that distributes them was not there. There was no vending or ice machines. I did not have towels or trash cans in my room. I had to ask for them. The hotel sat on a corner street so was not close to popular eateries or restaurants. The staff was not welcoming. They wore regular street clothes and sat rather than stand like normal hotels do when they are assisting customers. Also beware of price changes. I traveled with family and their room went up even though they were told something else over the phone. My room was charged in advance even though I was advised by Michelle the first night would only be charged in advance. So once I got to property even though I was not pleased I was stuck. The walls in the room were not sound proof so you could hear everything going on in your neighbors room. My first time to Miami, so I was unaware of area. But I do know I would not stay at this hotel again.

A great hotel close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Friendly staff, clean, modern rooms, in-room expresso, and a coffee “bar” in the lobby during the free continental breakfast. For the active you can walk to South Beach or an Uber/Lyft is less than $10.00. As a note, during the day, construction is going on down the street. You may hear jackhammer or pile driver noise in the hotel.

Housekeeping did not service my room even though they were supposed to, and the room itself was not clean upon my arrival (stains on pillows and hair in the bathroom, and the shower door would not close).

For such a nice place/ high price you'd think you would get more amenities wise. That aside, the staff here were very nonchalant and ignorant to put it bluntly. They had no information regarding parking at their hotel and made me wait over an hour to check into my room. Showed NO sympathy at the fact that it was their fault I had to wait in the lobby with all my bags after traveling all day. Another weird thing is their rooms do not have peep holes to see out of which was kind of uncomfortable. Other than that the rooms were comfortable and it was a quiet stay.

I was highly disappointed in my stay at the Venezia Hotel. I called ahead to ask if I could check in early. I arrived around 11:30am and the room wasn’t ready. I had to wait 3 1/2 hours for the room and it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. There were stains and hair on bathroom floor. Also, I found a piece of condom wrapper in the drawer. There was also dirt streaks and makeup on the bed. The only reason I decided to stay was because there was literally no where else that had a double room available! Never again!

Stayed at this property for 3 nights, hotel is ok, nothing to wow about. Very little to do in this property. No pool, no restaurant, no bar. Rooms are clean, bed is nice and comfy. Bathroom is very small without any vanity space, has only a tiny little sink and no where to place toiletries. There is a sitting area outside and a roof top sitting but no services at these areas. Breakfast was included in our package, but not much of a selection ( coffee, bagels..) If you are looking for a place to have a good night sleep in Miami, I recommend this property, other than that, nothing much to say. The location is far off from the central areas which has all the actions of South Beach. We had to used the trolley to get around.

The pictures are exactly as is, decor is beautiful. Very welcoming atmosphere. Clean and well kept. Rooms are newly renovated and cozy. Very clean and quiet . Location is on point, beach is right down the block. They give a voucher which is part of the resort fee and worth every penny. It gives access to beach essentials so there is no hassle about finding a spot on the beach, makes everything easier especially if you are visiting for the first time. Free breakfast is always a plus, continental but very nice and satisfying. The only thing I recommend is access to free coffee in the lobby especially at night when customers need a little wake me up other than that we enjoyed our stay very much. We loved it! The bed and linens were so clean and comfortable. Definitely have to check out the rooftop , beautiful at night . There is also outside sitting which is so relaxing. Public transportation and big bus tour along with the free trolly is also in the area which makes for accessibility for ones who are not driving but want to check out Miami Beach, so much fun.
