The lady at the front desk was nice, but didn’t know how to check us in or charge for drinks from the lobby “market”. The rooms smelled musty and the first room they put us in had a broken toilet and phone. There was no hot water in our room on the 2nd floor when we were trying to shower in the morning. When we inquired at the front desk we were told they were not aware of any problems and there was nothing they could do. There was another guest present who was complaining about no hot water on her room on the 1st floor. The hotel would not compensate either of us for the inconvenience. We were very upset because we had to go to another hotel to get a room so we could shower before we headed to our work meeting.
